Standard Terms and Conditions

These are the standard terms and conditions for mobile apps/website design, development and Shopify apps and apply to all contracts and all work is undertaken by HuskiApps for its clients.

Downtime

Most of the web hosting sites like Digital Ocean guarantee 99.99% uptime which means only 0.01% downtime in a month at maximum. If downtime happens then that will be caused by the hosting site on which we have hosted.

Refund condition

The refund option is available within 5 days only in those conditions if anything occurs from our side like in technical issues or something.

Product/App Update

We may update any changes in the app or product at any time. But we will notify you about this.

Governing Law

The agreement constituted by these terms and conditions and any proposal will be construed according to and is governed by the laws of Rajkot, India. You and HuskiApps submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in and of Rajkot, India in relation to any dispute arising under these terms and conditions or in relation to any services we perform for you.

Our Rights

We reserve the right to modify any changes in the services. We reserve the right to refuse the services to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to provide the services and any other of our services to your competitors and make no promise of exclusivity in any particular market segment.
